We’ve all had that night, when you’ve been out till 5am and now you either have an appointment that you really can’t reschedule or a friend’s birthday that you really have to attend. Well here are a few tips to look like you haven’t’ been out all night
- Messy dry hair- After applying all that hair spray and texturizer to set your hair the night before, your hair may feel like a ball of knots the day after. To fix the problem apply some conditioner before you shampoo and work through the knots in the shower.
- Bad breath- Make sure you brush your teeth and use a strong mouth wash. This will help to lessen the taste and smell of your all nighter.
- Bags under your eyes- Take two cold tea bags and place it on your eyes for a few minutes. If that doesn’t do the trick use some good quality under eye concealer.
- Your sweating the alcohol- So on top everything, you don’t smell that great. To counteract this, have a warm water shower and lather up with a fresh smelling soapy bodywash. To ensure that the alcohol is eliminated faster out of your system, ensure you’re properly hydrated, carrying a litre bottle of water with you wherever you go.
- Eat- Make sure you eat, to reduce the effects of the alcohol and to reduce tiredness. A high fat meal such as an eggs benedict or scrambled eggs with cheese and toast, which would do wonders.
